Krehel Automotive Repair is an independent vehicle-repair facility easily accessible from many major roadways in Clifton, New Jersey.  We’ve been in business since 1982 servicing all makes and models of vehicles, including heavy- to light-duty, diesel and gas, vans, step vans, and automobiles.

Our specialty is comprehensive fleet repair and maintenance for both diesel and gasoline vehicles, which includes: diesel inspections, Department of Transportation and state inspections, heavy-duty alignments, extensive scanning ability, computer balancing and tires, and certified wheelchair lift repairs with our up-to-date equipment.

We have 11 oversize bays that are air-conditioned and heated in our state-of-the-art facility. Our onsite services include transmission replacement and repair, air-conditioning, hydraulics, suspensions, snowplow and salter repairs, electrical repairs, plus many others.

Krehel Automotive Repair has state-of-the-art equipment, including scanners and the latest Hunter alignment machine, which can handle cars as well as heavy-duty trucks. Since we work on a wide variety of vehicles, we will be able to offer students and graduates a great opportunity to learn many aspects of the trade and grow with us, along with a great opportunity for advancement.

Our well-maintained, clean, family owned shop is busy year-round and has been since our inception in 1982.  Our service writers are professional and respectful.  Krehel is open from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, as well as half-days on Saturday. We are closed for repairs on Sundays. We have competitive hourly rates and the opportunity for commission, paid holidays, medical insurance and 401(k) accounts; free continuing education; and we supply uniforms.
