At Duncan Family Farms, we believe our primary responsibility is to produce healthy, life-giving food. We are also committed to making a strong contribution to an improved environment and giving back to our community. We produce certified organic kale, arugula, spinach, mixed greens and other products on a large scale for major salad processors across the United States. Our farms are in Arizona (home to our corporate headquarters), California and Oregon.

Duncan Family Farms has a long tradition of operational excellence. From our detailed tillage, planting, irrigation and harvest practices to our cover crop and composting operations, we are diligent and exacting in our efforts to attain the best agronomic outcome. Opportunities at Duncan Family Farms

Students joining the UTI/Duncan Family Farms Early Employment Program will have the opportunity to experience the breadth of expertise provided by the Equipment Maintenance team — from lube technician services across our extensive fleet, to fabrication and management of any number of implements used in our specialized agronomic practice, to the application of state-of-the-art technology and diagnostics in the repair of our tillage and harvesting tractors, trucks and equipment.
