Beginning as a small, home-based business in 1960, A to Z Equipment has grown into a multimillion-dollar firm with four large, full-service Phoenix, Arizona-area locations. At each of the A to Z Equipment stores, you'll find a spacious display showroom, a huge inventory of whole goods for rental and purchase, a fully stocked Parts department, and completely equipped Service hops. We’re proud to be dealers for many of the world's leading equipment manufacturers like New Holland, Yanmar, Skyjack, Wacker Neuson, Cushman, Honda, Stihl, Echo, Husqvarna, BigDog, Exmark and many more.

Our staff, now more than 150 strong, is dedicated, well informed and focused on their main function — taking care of our customers. Many of our employees have been here 10, 15, 20, 30 and even 40 years! We consider all of them family.

Students joining our team through the UTI Early Employment Program³⁶ begin in our Rental Service department, where they will learn to service and do small repairs on a wide range of rental equipment. They’ll also be learning the equipment and its function to help our rental customers accomplish their jobs with our equipment.

Upon graduation from UTI, we hope to have you join us as a permanent full-time employee.¹ We have multiple opportunities in both our rental service department and our service shop.
