ABOUT THE DALLAS/FORT WORTH WELDING PROGRAM

The Welding Technology program was created in conjunction with industry leader Lincoln Electric. Over the course of just 36 weeks, students learn four different welding processes, helping them learn to become combination welders.

At the Dallas/Fort Worth campus, students have the opportunity to train on VRTEX® virtual welders, which can help them hone their skills in a simulated environment before picking up the torch for the first time.

WELDING SCHOOL NEAR ME

Students attending UTI’s welding trade school at the Dallas/Fort Worth campus will have plenty to keep them busy when they’re not in class. A short drive allows you to explore local attractions that include Six Flags Over Texas or AT&T Stadium to watch the Cowboys play in the NFL. The campus is also located within five miles of DFW International Airport, which makes it a convenient home base.
